Upcoming Public Open House Events

August 2025

The City of Bath, together with consultant Camiros, invites you to a series of public open house events to review and discuss the Public Review Draft of the updated Land Use Code.

Each open house will begin with a short presentation that introduces the proposed updates. Afterward, you’ll have the chance to explore at your own pace; dive into specific topics, ask questions, and share your feedback directly with the project team.

We invite you to come for the full presentation or stop by at any point during the event to learn more and join the conversation about the draft Code.

The Public Review Draft of the updated Land Use Code is also available online at bathzoningupdate.com, where you can review the document and submit comments. Additionally, there will be a presentation to the Bath City Council on September 10th that will be broadcast live on BCTV and recorded for on-demand playback for you to view at your convenience.

Public Review Draft and Executive Summary of the Zoning Code Update

July 2025

The Public Review Draft of the City of Bath Land Use Code is now available to view/download on the Presentations & Reports page. We encourage all interested members of the public to review the draft and to join us at upcoming public open houses being held in early September (details to come in a future update). For more information on these events as they are scheduled, please check back on the Events page in the coming weeks!

Additional materials are also available, including an Executive Summary of the Draft Code and Frequently Asked Questions on the website.  We encourage you to explore these materials to learn more!
