Public Hearing Draft Now Available

Bath’s updated Land Use Code process is moving into the public hearing phase. The Public Hearing Draft of the updated Land Use Code and the proposed Draft Zoning Map for the City of Bath are now available for review. The Bath Planning Board will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 55 Front Street, Bath, Maine.
